About our Services & Facilities:

14, Gray's Inn Square occupies spacious and comfortable premises inside the Inn. Facilities combine modern-day technology and amenities within a traditional and gracious building. Well-located for both the Royal Courts of Justice and the Principal Registry, Chambers is a central and convenient set of barristers practising in all areas of family law and a range of civil matters.

We employ 5 Clerks who understand the requirements of busy practitioners in both high street firms and public bodies and have a full knowledge and understanding of the work of the courts of law.

Chambers' opening hours are usually 8.30 am to 6.30 am , although there is an out-of-hours service.

As one of the firsts sets of Chambers to be accredited with Bar Mark, Chambers endeavours to maintain the Minimum Quality Standard at all times.

The Supreme Court has unanimously allowed the appeal by Yasmin Prest and declares that the seven disputed properties vested in the companies are held on trust for the husband.

In the matter of B (A Child) [2013] UKSC 33
Appeal to the Supreme Court by parents concerning the application of the criteria for making a care order under section 31 of the Children Act 1989 when the risk is of future psychological or emotional harm, and the role of the appellate courts once the trial judge has made an order. Appeal dismissed (Baroness Hale of Richmond dissenting).
